About the role

As a Sales Officer at Ved Infomedia, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth and expanding our client base. Your responsibilities will include:

Client Acquisition: Proactively identifying and targeting potential clients to generate leads and convert them into customers. This involves conducting market research, prospecting, and engaging with decision-makers to pitch our products and services.

Relationship Management: Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction, retention, and upsell opportunities. You will be responsible for understanding their needs, addressing concerns, and proposing solutions to meet their business objectives.

Sales Strategies: Developing and implementing effective sales strategies to achieve targets and maximize sales performance. This includes setting sales goals, creating action plans, and monitoring progress to drive results.

Pipeline Management: Managing the sales pipeline efficiently by tracking leads, opportunities, and deals through various stages of the sales cycle. You will be responsible for prioritizing prospects, following up on leads, and closing sales deals.

Collaboration: Collaborating with marketing, product development, and customer support teams to align sales efforts with company objectives. This involves sharing market insights, customer feedback, and competitive intelligence to optimize sales strategies and improve product offerings.

Reporting: Providing regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to management to evaluate sales performance, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.

Continuous Learning: Staying updated with industry trends, market dynamics, and product knowledge to enhance your sales skills and adapt to changing customer needs.

Customer Focus: Putting customer needs at the forefront of all interactions and ensuring a positive customer experience throughout the sales process.

Required Knowledge

  • Attending Initial Sales Meetings with the client & close the deals.
  • Strong Follow-up with Clients for Closing deals.
  •  You Have to Achieve Your Decided Targets.
  • Determining a client’s business requirements and whether the products being considered are suitable
  • Decide whether the software or our any Products needs adapting to meet the client’s needs
  • Answering any technical questions the client might have
  • Presenting your findings to a technical team to act on, and then to the client
  • Maintain MIS of Your Data & Give Reports on Daily Basis.
  • Plan Strategy to Increase Sales.
  • Once the product or service has been sold & Payment Received in theory your role ends.
